Govan Together

Govan Together was a year-long project, funded by the Scottish Government’s Climate Challenge Fund, that sought to explore ideas of how to make Govan a resilient, low-carbon, high-wellbeing community.

The partners working on the Govan Together project were Galgael, the Centre for Human Ecology, Govan and Linthouse Church, the Pearce Institute, Fablevision, LEGUP and Prophet Scotland.

As a legacy of Govan Together, there continue to be weekly community meal nights, with food prepared and served entirely on a voluntary basis by the community, held at the Pearce Institute every Tuesday night at 6.30pm. You are warmly invited to join us any time.
